4E Eco Design

First, I am a woman who is a senior citizen in my 70's. The owner of this company Nathan Egger was one of the most unpleasant, unprofessional men I have ever tried to work with. He came to my home on 7/28/14 to have a consultation and a view of the work I needed done. I loaned him a DVD from my home inspection and a list of items on the report that needed fixing. Plus, I wanted a room painted, gutters cleaned & my whole house power washed. After a week had passed and no phone call, I called Mr. Egger to see if he had a bid prepared. He said he would drop it off along with the DVD on Mon. 8/4/14. After waiting all day and no call no show, I called him again plus sent him an email asking when he would be coming by. He said the next day Tues. 8/5/14...again no call, no show. I called 1 more time and he said it would be easier to send me an email of the estimate, which I agreed to but also reiterated that I needed the DVD returned. He finally emailed the bid, but did not seem to have even listened to what I told him I needed done as some things I asked for were not even on the bid and some things I didn't ask for were. He said he would drop the DVD off that evening. But once again for the 3rd time no call no show, no DVD returned. By this time I was angry and told him so in an email. I told him I wanted the DVD returned or mailed ASAP. Unpleasant words were exchanged via emails for 3 days. I told him he was fired. he said I was fired. etc. etc. He never did return the DVD and a week has gone by. I know I'll never get it back. He was absolutely horrible both personally and professionally and his lack of proper business like communications skills were at a minus 10. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
