We would use them in the future. There were some things in the front of the house where you most noticed it. I think they could have done some better workmanship on in terms of the roof. It was my first time using them.

Very professional. Went above on beyond providing information and service.

On Thursday a representative of 123 Exteriors, Brian Geopforth, arrived at my residence to submit a bid. This was done promptly after earlier communication with him. That same afternoon received call with said bid and information that a hard copy would be sent. He also stated that if I went with 123 Exteriors that they would come out and put temporary coverings on the holes in the roof. He also stated that they would do the roof asap since it was in such bad shape. Later that day Thursday the11th late in the evening I emailed him with some questions. He promptly replied. So far so good. The next morning on Friday I sent an email at 5:30 a.m. to Brian stating I would like to hire 123 Exteriors and could he contact me about proceeding with repairs and putting promised temporary coverings on my roof. At 4:30 p.m after no validation of receipt of my email I sent another one. Still nothing. At 10:30 a.m Saturday I contacted Jeremy Workman my original contact who had Brian call me. I assumed that by his statement and quot;I have a man in Omahaand quot; that Brian was answerable to Jeremy and would be more professional. Boy was I mistaken. I am a 65 yr old womann who at one point in my conversation with Jeremy I had to interrupt him to tell him to lower his voice. I could barely get a word in when I told him what happened and that I would be going with a different company. He told me he had not been in touch with Brian but proceeds to tell me that he did not get my emails even though my computer verifies that they were sent and he had received my previous one. We are doing you a favor, Brian literally dropped everything to give you a bid, Just because he didn't email you back in a couple of hour, are some of Jeremy's words to me. Jeremy was loud and obnoxious. He said Brian works hard. Most working men do. But a professional man does what he says he is going to do. Period. And they don't make excuses for discrepancies in their word. They apologize and rectify. Brian's lack of follow-up is the reason I would not recommend this company. Getting a fast bid is just getting your foot in the door. It is what happens after that is important to the customer. Jeremy is the second part of this bad review. Learn some manners.

Team did a great job. I knew exactly what to expect, prior to work beginning and feel that all my expectations were met. In reponse to a previous comment about this company, yes there were hispanic workers who did the roof, however there was always an english speaker available through out the whole job, and I was provided (with out asking) with two telephone numbers to reach either an owner or saleman if I had questions during the job.

So far so good. I thought they told us we would have this edging all around our house but we were mistaken. They said it would show melting all over the house but it only shows it in the Northwest corner. I really like the salesman. When they came and I don't want to be prejudice, but four Hispanics came that couldn't speak English. I thought it was okay if I could only talk to one of them. So I tried to ask some of these guys questions and they couldn't understand me. When you are getting a roof replaced it is a huge job on your house and you want to feel secure about it. So I could talk to one fine and I did not know he was leaving later in the day. It got on and it looks good. The people that did it, I know it was a windy day. They backed in the trailor, I thought they would have a dumpster. There was plastic all over the lawn.
