Fantastic! The only reason I gave punctuality a B is because they had a larger job than expected before my appointment. They did call twice to let me know that they would be later than the scheduled time. They were very apologetic when arrived and gave me a favorable discount without me asking. Very professional and efficient. They even swept out my garage even though they only took one box out of there. They went above and beyond. I definitely recommend and will use them again when the need arises.

The process was extremely easy and went very smoothly. They showed up and were very professional. I showed them where everything was and the carried out. They were careful not to damage my walls when carrying thing out. They also had to carry stuff up the stairs to get it out and did it without complaint.

I did not get multiple bids, but it is hard to imagine that any facility could be easier to arrange than this business was. You can make an appointment online (there was a ten dollar discount for doing so). I made the appointment around 2 this afternoon, and the crew was here at 5:15. You sign up for a two hour slot, but they call half an hour before the timeslot begins, to give a better estimate of precisely when they will arrive. Cost is by increments of the truck, so the minimum seems to be 96.00. There is a price calculator online, so you can anticipate the cost. Then, when they come, you get an estimate. The young men were very quick and professional. It took them less than ten minutes to get everything. The estimate that they gave me was what I had calculated, by using the online tools. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Got Junk is extremely professional and punctual in their service. Not only did they pick up the debris but they swept up afterward. I have used them more than once and will not hesitate to use them again. One time I accidentally threw away an important box which they promptly retrieved and delivered back to me.

I was very impressed with David from 1-800-Got-Junk. He was very professional and courteous to me. He was prompt to call me back and set an appointment. He called to let me know he was on his way to my home. He was very knowledgeable about proper hazardous disposal items. David told me how the spray cans and paint cans must not be near fire. He left my garage very clean and even swept up the small pieces of sheet rock off the floor.
