Our firm believes in the strong relationships developed between the owner, architect, contractor and subcontractors. With our experience in commercial construction plus our dedicated staff, we will provide you a quality building at a competitive price. We have the staff in place to provide project management, cost control, and effective project scheduling. Our construction manager will maintain overall control of the project, including subcontractors and our own work force. Our office staff will provide quality estimates, cost control, and timely material ordering. Our superintendents will offer effective, on site project management and quality control. Our dedicated and skilled crews excel in trenching and backfilling, rough grading, concrete work, steel erection, wood framing and finish carpentry, shingle and metal roofs, insulation, siding, installing doors and windows and erecting pre-engineered metal buildings. Wayne Dowhower Construction is a general contracting firm specializing in new commercial construction and renovations. Our work experience includes numerous bid award construction projects as well as design-build construction projects. We have constructed many different types of buildings including Banks, Churches, Restaurants and Lounges, Clubs, Bowling Alleys, Educational Buildings, Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities, Apartments, Multi-Plex Offices, Hospital Additions, Medical Clinics, Office Buildings, Motels, Truck Stops, Gas Stations,Research Buildings, Auto Dealerships, Food Stores, Light Industrial, and Residential.
