Description of Work: Very fast and clean up was awesome. They left a small opening and a squirrel found its way into our walls and shorted out some wiring. They fixed the hole but did not take responsibility for the wiring.

+ -1 moreStarted about 8 am and finished about 4pm. They cleaned up all their materials, old shingles backing and nails. I offered a coffee break around 10:00 and they took a lunch break about noon. Very professional job.

+ 0 moreAsked for estimate and received in a timely manner. Contractor was truthful as to when work could be started. Had some slowdown with work but not contractors fault. Fault of the sub and ordering of correct windows/doors. Very pleased with work. We had a couple of problems and contractor came right out and repaired. We have had our addition now for two years and love it.

+ -1 moreWork was sloppy. Things were not sealed properly and did not look nice when finished. Husband had spend time fixing parts that had come off a week later. They also left a lot of construction garbage in our yard. They were pleasant to work with.

+ -1 moreI called requesting to set up a time to review insurance paperwork provided by my insurance company. A recent strom badly damaged my roof and gutters. I also had plans of arranging on having this company replace my garage and home entry doors and screen doors. When I called it was explained that they were busy with work from the recent storm, but my information was taken down and I was assured a call back from Scott to set up a time to stop by my home and provide an estimate. I called around May first and have yet to receive a call back; if I do I will be informing them that I am going with another company. In my opinion this company was not professional in response. I'm glad this worked out this way, as I would fear that if something was wrong with work I wouldn't receive a return call.

+ -1 moredifficult to get a hold of, not too good about returning calls. not overly friendly; acted as if they really didn't want the business. others in the neighborhood reported similar and that they did not keep appointments or do work as scheduled.
