Struggling with a geothermal system for 3 years. Other companies had just been putting a bandaid on the problem and not helping, spending 3-400 two to three times a year. And getting no real help. Brian was very helpful and honest about our options and what was really going on with our system. Had no heat in 4 degree weather over night. They were very quick about getting our new system in so we could have heat. Highly recommend.

Responded quickly to diagnose the problem then did the whole install and was finished in a couple of days. The installers were very professional, prompt and great to work with. Job was done quick and clean. Will have them back when needed.

Our air conditioner quit working on Sunday, June 15th. We contacted Lusk heating and air conditioning on June 16th. A service representative was there by noon and informed us that the a/c was shot. Tuesday Brian came and gave us a quote of how much different a/c units would cost. Where the furnace was old also, we opted to just replace it also. He was excellent at explaining all of the options available, the advantages of getting a heat pump to assist the air conditioner and the related costs. We selected a unit and were informed that the earliest appointment he had was July 8th. A few minutes later he stated that he had a customer that was getting the same unit we had ordered installed the next day and that this customer was just upgrading. He then went on to contact that customer and ask him if it would be alright if we had that gentleman's appointment and air conditioning unit. That gentleman would then get out July 8th appointment and the time would allow the air conditioning unit to be shipped. He explained to the gentleman that we were without air conditioning. The gentleman agreed and the next day our new air conditioning unit was installed. It was very generous of Brian to work with another customer that had air conditioning to get us air conditioning as soon as possible. On Wednesday, Brian's staff arrived and had the new heater and air conditioner installed by the end of the business day. It was an excellent display of a business going above and beyond to assist their customer.

We had Lusk Heating and Air put in a new furnace and heat pump two years ago. I have been delighted with their service and support since my first meeting with Brian. His crew was efficient and friendly throughout their install, my concerns and needs were individually addressed to my satisfaction, and the ongoing service and maintenance has been nothing short of pleasant. My new HVAC system is saving me $50 per month in utilities, in addition to making our house SO much more comfortable year-round. Thank you so much for providing excellent information and service, and continuing to exceed my expectations.
