Description of Work: I lost count of how many times I called the Hard Top number over a period of at least six months. No one ever answered. I left at least a dozen requests for a call back, leaving my number and repeating it twice, and they never returned a call.

Description of Work: They refinished my tub. The product began to peel off after a few months. They came right out and fixed it with no charge. But then it began to peel more later. I didn't call again. They did everything they could and everything I asked, but this product just didn't work that well for me.

+ 0 moreI was very pleased with my experience with Hard Tops. We set up a time for Alan to take measurements, and so I could choose the color I wanted. He brought examples of colors for me to look at. He gave us an estimate, we approved and set up a date for the work to be done. They came in and did it and that was it. Plain and simple.
Description of Work: I had 93 square feet of countertop refinished for less than $1000. Two years later they still look like new and I love them. We had an estimate from a local lumber company for replacing that much countertop and depending on the material it would have cost us anywhere from $3500 to $10,000. Hard Tops came in the morning before I went to work, and they were done by the time I got home. They prepare the surface and spray them with the color of my choice. No mess, no dust, and they clean up afterward. Can't beat that.

+ -1 moreIt's amazing what two guys can do for a house in less than 7 hours. Alan showed up right on time and immediately set up his equipment and got to work. He and his assistant spent the first couple of hours masking off the area around the counter tops: cupboards, appliances, walls, floors, etc. Then they sanded the surfaces to give it some texture for the finish to bond to. They even repaired a slight blemish on one of the corners. Once that was done, they sprayed two coats of base coat, three coats of my color of choice (red granite), and three coats of clear gloss to finish. When I got home later that day, every speck of trash had been picked up and my counters were gleaming. All I had to do was wait 24 hours before I put anything on them. Hardtops guarantees that their product will not chip or peal with normal use. I would recommend Hardtops to anyone wanting an extremely affordable way to update tired, out-of-date decor quickly and easily.
Description of Work: The project involved refinishing over 90 sq. ft of counter top in my kitchen and two bathrooms. I had all of them refinished in the same color. My countertops had been installed in the early '80s when the house was built and were still in good shape, but the color was extremely out of date. Hardtops came in and gave me new surfaces in just a few hours.
