It went great. Technician was on time, thorough, personable.

Came on time. Made adjustments, gave advice on keeping the furnace running at peak efficiency. Took time afterwards to look at issue with exhaust fan in the bathroom and propose solutions. Price was exactly as promised. Office staff was polite and responsive.

The plumber was professional and courteous. When it was 30 minutes past arrival time, we phoned Hansen's for an update. The plumber was just leaving, having had to "wait for a tool." The plumber cleaned up the bathroom floor nicely before departing.

They were very responsive and made necessary repairs.

They did a great job of returning my phone call, and getting right over to my house. They assessed the situation and determined that the best course of action would be to use an auger. This worked well, but I soon discovered that I was still having the same issues. I was able to get them back over to the house and they cleared out all of the inside pipes as well. They were courteous about having a revisit and I feel that the charges well reflected the effort they put in to remedying the situation for me. I have not had any more plumbing issues since their last visit. I highly recommend their services!

This was a very positive experience and they always have been, I have used Hansen's for heating/ac and plumbing for as long as Ihave lived in North Platte (20 years) and they have never failed to satisfy my problem,

They were recommended by my neighbor. Clearing the clogged sink was what I needed to be done at that time. I was very happy with what they did for me. I just started using them. My neighbor had a major project and she was very happy with them. I would use them in the future.

Multiple visits in last year for different jobs. Very happy with work. One guy did come in the house with muddy feet on one visit.
