+ 1 moreWolcott Construction was exceptional on keeping track and in completing the project as they had bid. He made extra effort in keeping us updated on what his plans of action was from day to day was and was very honest with us on expense. We were happy enough with this project that we have asked for a bid on our roof. He tried to make it as comfortable as possible for us, since it was our only bathroom. He also used exceptional other resources such as tile layer, dry wall individual and plumber. They all were user friendly. I would diffinitely recommend Charles Wolcott for construction. I am very happy with his services.
Description of Work: We asked for the floor to be made level and a shower to be built for tile laying. He built the shower and the tiler was pleased with the construction of the shower. A linen closet was also built at this time. Our home is older and the floor leveling was a major undertaking, but it is very solid at this time and our tile should have no problems after they are laid.

+ 5 moreI had Chuck do a similar job last year, and you can't even see where the repair was made from the ground. All tasks were completed in a timely fashion, at a very reasonable price. Good skills with facia, sub-facia, framing and trim.I hope to use him on a much larger project very soon!!
Description of Work: Chuck had to find leaks in my roof, remove poorly installed shingles, rotten sheathing, and replace shingles.
