 + -1 moreI called them a total of 3 times the first time was the week before I had called twice. He had informed me he had received my message and apologized for not returning my call. We planned to get together the following monday. I left two messages with him on that sunday to set up a time for that monday and never heard from him. Today is tuesday and still nothing so I really can't recommend him. I don't know what his work is like since he never did any work for me. But as for promptness and just plain courtesy in returning a phone call I don't think too much.
Description of Work: Never returned a phone call after contacting him twice

 + -1 moreAlways on time... We explained to Kenny what we wanted approximately. He gave us a few ideas. A decision was made. It turned out great! We had one little spot that settled around a post over the winter. As soon as we explained, it was fixed.
Description of Work: RPMS prepared ground on west side of house for a paving stone patio. Installed 8 inch by 8 inch treated posts for a 10 feet by 20 feet pergola, than brough in sand, vibrated, packed and leveled sand for stone. Nice! Beyond expectations!

 + 5 moreWe had a tornado June 26, 2011. I called several contractors and noone but RPMS responded positively and did exactly what they said they would do. They repaired our home from start to finish. The work was great and guaranteed.
Description of Work: Replaced shingles and put in 4 sky lights. Replaced tile in kitchen. Rewooded and insulated and sheet-rocked and replaced garage doors in garage and 2 new windows and walk in door.
