+ -1 moreBob set an initial appoinment and then follow through installation that worked with our times. showed up and successfully did our (not so easy) project as discussed without issue or delay. He did a very good job!

+ -1 moreCustom Renovations responded promptly and professionaly when I called them. They worked us into their very busy schedule, and did everything they could to fit our schedule. The other carpet installers were busy and failed to show, or even return calls telling us they couldn't make it. Custom Renovations kept in contact with us and let us know when they were coming, showed up on time and really went the extra mile to make the job work out. The crew installed the carpet in a timely manner with no nonsense and did a beautifull job. We are very happy with Bob Goste, the owner, and his crew. I wil hire them again when we do the rest of the house!
Description of Work: Custom Renovations picked up the carpet and pad and delivered to our home, then installed the carpet in our basement.
