Description of Work: Robb was supposed to install my flooring by July 1st, so we could move into our house. I first contacted him around the first week in May. He agreed to start around the last week in may. I tried in vain to contact him from about May 28th- June 20th. I called and texted with no answers from Robb. I only got a res

carpet installation
+ -1 moreI called Busy Robbs to get carpet installed. he said he was busy and couldn't install it for 3 weeks at least. I agreed, but asked him to drop by and double check my measurements as I had to order the carpet and wanted to make sure there was enough. I said I would bring the carpet and pad to the house and store it till he could get time to install it. Robb said he would be able to drop by and measure up the area in the next couple days, ( which takes about 5 minutes). Robb never showed, failed to call me, and did not respond to messages I left for him. I wasted several days waiting for him, making things difficult for me as I am on a schedule too!
