+ -1 moreFound that Sam O'Neal does get to work when he says he will be there, his time estimate for completion of the job was actually a bit longer than the actual completion time (great), some errors were made but we found that Sam did not try to dodge resposibility but corrected all mistakes proptly and with a great attitude. In spite of minor changes, he did not try to increase his bid prices. For aspects of the work that he sub-contracted, he stayed on top of the work being done and consulted us with any issues that arose. All work was to "Code" and we were very satisfied with his work.
Description of Work: Added a window to a bathroom, added a sliding glass door to a bathroom, added a wood deck by the sliding glass door, expanded a closet in basemesnt bedroom (had to move a wall), and added lighting in a basement bathroom.
