Description of Work: I had some major plumbing issues at my home and my rental home. They were the only ones to return my phone call and I had left messages with 4 other plumbing companies. They came, did the work, cleaned up afterwards, and were extremely friendly. I did have to have them come back to my rental and redo a leak, but they were great about it. I would highly recommend them, although they do cost more than some of the others.

 + 0 moreI was very pleased with my experience with Bohls, they were prompt, profession, and provided the services as estimated. They did not try to upsell me with a larger or premium unit, and I really appreciated that they did not try to sell me a new furnace - like some of the other contractors had. Bohls explained to me that It saves only a couple hundred bucks at most by doing them both at once, and that my old furnace appeared to be in good conditions, and was fairly energy efficient - no reason to change it out. They were also the lowest estimate. I would defiantly recommend Bohls
Description of Work: Replaced the Air Conditioner, and had a backflow test performed.

 + -1 moreWe were having trouble with out air conditioner leaking water so I called Bohl's to schedule an appointment on Monday. They told me that they would not be able to come over that day because they were busy and they never gave me an answer on when they would be able to come. I said that was fine and gave them my number. Thursday comes along and I still have not gotten a call that they were coming over so I called them again. They had to ask my name and address again and it took them awhile to answer me because I'm guessing they were looking for the work order.They then told me that they might be able to make it over today or tomorrow but would not get me a straight answer. I called Bishops Plumbing and Heating instead and they told me they would be over in 15 minutes.
Description of Work: My air condition needed repaired because it was leaking water. Not really applicable because they didn't show up.
