My young adult son purchased his first home and needed a new furnace. He received an estimate from Ron Kruger on Dec. 1st, and paid him in full (not knowing better) on Dec. 4th. After many lies and failed attempts to reach him, the furnace was finally finished installed on Dec. 27th. My son had to rely on space heaters to keep warm and keep pipes from freezing for nearly a month! The furnace was in a very easy to access location, and was a simple replacement for a qualified HVAC technician. Hopefully he was competent enough to install it correctly. It is currently working for now. Customer service is horrible! I would NOT recommend Kruger Heating & Air Conditioning! If you want constant delays and a dishonest installer, go ahead and use him.

Description of Work: I PAID HALF UP FRONT FOR A NEW FURNACE AND HEAT PUMP. HE STARTED IN EARLY NOVEMBER AND HASN'T FINISHED THE INSTALLATION YET. BEEN TRYING FOR TWO WEEKS TO GET HIM ON THE PHONE WITH NO LUCK.

They really did not know what they were doing. They put the unit in upside down. The heat pump burned up about a month after they installed it because it was installed wrong.
