+ -1 moreWe just moved into this house and the ex-owners suggested Tim Hutchins, he had worked on the system before, so was already familiar with the heating and air conditioning unit. Not only did he come the day we called him but also found out he was doing this on his time between jobs. I will call him again in a heart beat. His customers matter whether they are old or new.
Description of Work: Came and check the system to see why running time for A/C was so long and random times. Tim and his assistant were here maybe 35 minutes. Put in a new thermostat and unit is now working like a charm.
