Lane's Tree Service

First I must say that this was the best experience I could have in the circumstances. A huge tree was covering the front of my house and I was sure there was extensive damage. I cannot think of any way I could have asked for better service from than I got that day. I had called several other companies with not a single response. I saw the truck from Lane's working up the street. I called the number on the truck, and within about 5 minutes I was talking face-to-face with the owner (he was one of the ones I saw working). He arranged to come to my house later in the day. The crew showed up even earlier than I expected. I talked briefly with Rocky. He gave me an estimate, and explained that this would be a complicated job, but he was sure he could do it without further damage to my house. I was satisfied and they started to work immediately. The tree was removed within about 4 hours. I was impressed by all of the discussions this crew had as they were being as careful as possible to properly remove the main trunk that hung over the porch of my house. Everything was removed with absolutely no additional damage. I was very please, but the best part was to come. When the tree was gone and all of the big pieces were removed they were not done. They spent another 30 minutes cleaning up my yard. When I asked them to remove the downed tree, I expected the major bits, Nope. They were out with racks and brooms. They swept every leaf off the roof. They picked up every single stick. They even went over to my neighbors house to grab a limb that fell off her tree. Summation, Lane's tree service is skilled, prompt, polite, and thorough. I will not do business with anyone else.
