Excellent. The installers were very tidy, windows are great, and rep was responsive when I called with a follow-up question.

Best group of craftsman I have ever had. Made sure that all debris was removed from site. Shimmed and leveled as needed to get door perfectly plumb in an older home that was no longer plumb. Insulated,caulked and covered all seams. One would never know that an older door was there before. Fabricated on site and installed a firm set of 3 stairs from door to outside ground. An excellent group of installers.

The windows in the front of the house had prairie look to them with a grille in between the panes. In the year between installs, the standard grille size had changed and no one caught it on the initial order. Window Option Specialists came out and changed out the windows. We ended up paying the cost we would have paid had they ordered the windows to match in the first place (it was an adder to the initial bid). Since we went through a builder, the sales person was not quite as attentive to our needs as we had found in the past, but Chan more than made up for it on this issue.

They were very thorough. They did a good job. They have good carpenters and they know what they are doing.

The experience was good. They haven't finished it because it's been too cold to finish the painting. I went down and talked to them about the windows and they seemed to know the most about them. They were not the cheapest but had a good quality of windows. They came out and measured and showed me what my options were. I was frustrated because they wanted me to pay 100% of the balance but I held back $300 until the painting is done. I told them I would pay it once the painting was done.
