Description of Work: I had new James Hardie siding, soffit, facia installed. We also got a new composite deck with a roof over it, new gutters and front porch railing. Rick and his crew did an outstanding job on everything and wanted to make sure we were happy when they were all done. Thank You Willet construction!

Description of Work: Willets was one of the companies I asked to bid on a small, kind of messy, certainly not a glamorous job - remodeling a small basement apartment. The person who came to look at the place was professional and prompt, however she obviously thought the place was hopeless. My complaint is that, although she said she would do some checking about codes and then try to put some numbers together, I have never heard from her again. It would have been more professional for her to either tell me the job would cost $50,000 or that the company was not interested in bidding the job.

Description of Work: I had to call several times and they no-showed for an estimate, rescheduled and were late. During the estimate they tried to talk me into more work than was needed adn tried to say caluking a door and drywalling a few walls in the basement would be $8000. They never sent an official estimate and I never called them back with such an outragous guess.

+ 6 moreRick Willet was very prompt with the bidding process and his crew supervisor was attentive to details we didn't even think about. Any delays were caused by carpet/flooring sub contractors and Willet Construction was responsible to do what they said they would. Their quality was excellent and it was an enjoyable experience for the three months that they were involved.
Description of Work: New slab for greatroom, ceiling scraping, refinishing, new skylights, new flooring and Pergo floor, painting and moldings.
