+ -1 moreIt went very well. We called the office and they placed a call to the serviceman that was on duty. He called within the hour. He was out to our home in another 45 minutes (sunday). He had all parts in his truck and we did not have to wait to have anything ordered in. We did not have to wait very long and our house was cool again. It was amazing service and I would use them again without a doubt.
Description of Work: Wellmann office on call service provider called us back within the hour and came to our home within 45 minutes of the return call. He had all parts available in his truck and was able to have the A/C running within an hour or so. He was very professional and accommodating as it was a Holiday weekend.
