+ -1 moreHORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are by far the WORST management co ~ esp josh!!! Getting anything fixed was almost impossible! I contacted them EVERY week for 4 weeks regarding ALL of the outside lights burned out! I fell and broke my foot the evening after my last email to josh!!!!!! the following day they were FINALLY out!!! come to find out TWO OTHER tenants had fallen & one is STILL walking with a cane ~ a YEAR LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! josh sent in an email that i could file another frivilous lawsuit ~ since I am suing them for my foot ~ since I dont know how to accept responsibility ~ my responsbility was to contact them ONCE on the lights ~ it was THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!! Excuse me ~ IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD!!!! MAN THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
