+ 0 moreI had tried snaking the drain myself without any luck. I also tried a mixture of muriatic acid and still had standing water. I called at 4PM on Wednesday and he was at my house at 1PM on Thursday. I didn't want to pay $120+ for other companies to come out the same day so I was fine with the short wait. Joe arrived within the hour window and was easy to work with. Completed the job within 30 minutes.

Description of Work: Joe snaked the bathtub drain. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I was a little surprised by the cost in relation to what was required but then again when you need a good snakin' cause you're standing in a foot of cold filthy, hairy, rusty bits water - it seems worth the price.

+ -1 moreWe had been having issues with a gurgling toilet and slow draining water. Tidball showed up on time and got out more tree roots than we were expecting. He was very informative in the process letting us know about how far out he was in the sewer line and the condition he thought our sewer pipe was in. He was there for about an hour and charged us $99 which we thought was very fair. We have also used him at our rental house in which he did a great job there as well.
Description of Work: We called Tidball to snake our sewer drain of tree roots.

+ 1 moreI called on a Sunday and Joe answered the phone. He talked with me for a bit about what was going on and got me on the schedule for the next day. He showed up and was very friendly. He worked through my problem and when I asked if I should do more he assured me that what we had done would take care of the problem. Nice guy. Good work. My only complaint is that he made the appointment for and quot;around 1pm tomorrowand quot; and then didn't call until 1:25pm. That said, he did call to confirm before he came. It's a small thing...but it kept him from getting and quot;A'sand quot; across the board.

Description of Work: Joe Tidball - (John's son) was my contact with this company. We had a sewer backup that turned into a much bigger deal. Joe originally came out to rooter out the drain and discovered that our sewer had collapsed between my house and the public access point. With my permission he got his dad ( John ) to come out and run a camera/locator. Ultimately a previous contractor ( a number of years ago ) had driven rebar through my sewer in two places and this caused the backup. I had to hire another contractor ( I used Joe's recommendation ) and I was pleased with their work as well. What was really impressive was that after the other contractor finished up his work, Joe contacted me because he had previously been unable to run his rooter snake all the way down to where it meets up with the public sewer. He said that I had paid him to snake his drain and he didn't feel good about leaving that job undone. Joe did not charge me anything ex

+ -1 moreJoe arrived on time, was very professional and I can say that he fixed the drain completely as we have not had any problems in the past two months.
Description of Work: I live in a 1910 home that has old plumbing. Joe has performed work for us a handful of times and each time he does a quality job at a reasonable price. This last time we had a clog in our bathroom tub that required cleaning out the drain trap. Access to the trap required removing a screwplate that had sealed shut over the years.
