TCA came through for me with a one-time clean on short notice . The office staff was very helpful in getting me on their busy schedule and the services were great . Thanks !

The job they do is good. We often don't know if they are going to show up. We have never had any problems with theft or anything so we actually leave when they come. We don't have to worry about anything, that is a rather important thing. Usually 2 people come and they stay a little over an hour. We like the workers.

Generally speaking, I'm happy with TCA. Things I wish they would do differently: 1. Allow their staff to use a step stool - not a high one, but maybe 2 or 3 steps - so that they can appropriately reach things. Without this they are essentially using a Swiffer on an extension rod to dust my upper shelves and they aren't getting as clean as they could be. 2. Put things back where they were. This is probably a little bit of me being anal, but if I had something centered on a shelf, when you are done dusting that shelf I would prefer that item be centered again. Throw rugs are sometimes not returned to the place they were taken from, items that were moved for vacuuming aren't returned to the floor, etc. I've had one item broken in the 2 years they have cleaned for me and they were very responsive. They left me a note and before I could even call the office the next day they had reached out to me. I was impressed. On occasion I've had to postpone a cleaning, change the time of a cleaning or let them know I'll be home while they clean (we are usually at work) and they've always handled that very well and made it easy for us. Since we are generally not home when they clean, I can't speak to punctuality other than the 3 times in the last two years that we've been home when they cleaned. They were on time for all of those. They tell you up front they don't clean like you do - and that's true. There have been times I think they could have done a better job on my kitchen floor and in my shower. Having said that though, overall I think they do a good job. Once this contract runs out (you get a discount on each clean if you sign a one-year contract with them) I may check around just to see what my options are, but it probably would have to be a good deal for me to switch companies. I give them a B+ because of the two things I wish they would do differently.

We've used Cleaning Authority for the past 4 or 5 months, with bi-weekly service. Most times have been adequate, although once or twice we have had to call regarding a small problem. Today they didn't change the sheets. That's minor enough, but when we called to let them know, they were quite rude on the phone. They sent the women back to do it, and the women were rude in person too. We will therefore never use this service again. I'm disappointed, since we had used a Cleaning Authority franchise in Oregon and were really impressed. However, this particular franchise is sub-par, both in the quality of work and in their customer service.

Prescribed functions performed well.

They did a pretty good job, but left some obvious things undone, like dusting the ceiling fans and scrubbing the shower floor

I used a different service for awhile before I switched to Cleaning Authority, so I think I have a way to compare them. This company does a consistently good job compared to the other. One time at the last minute I left some linens in the middle of an unmade bed to remind myself they needed to be changed, and the workers made the bed for me. I do a fair amount of preparatory work for the cleanings, by that I mean I put away a lot of odds and ends--tv tables, remote controls, kleenex boxes, soap dispensers, magazines, toaster, salt, pepper grinder--just to clear off spaces. They even dust my craft corner with its balls of yarn on a bookshelf and heaps of yarn in baskets.

They are very conscientious in making sure everything is clean to my satisfaction. If there is a problem, they take care of it immediately. There has been only a couple of times that I had to call them and ask them to come back to do something over.

They use green products to clean. It's called the rotation. They tend to rotate things. One week they do one thing and the other week they do another, but they always kind of touch up. I usually spend about $160 to $200 a month. It depends if I have them 5 weeks a month or 4 weeks. I'm real happy with them. They are efficient, responsive and friendly. They come in, do their work and they ask me if I'm happy. If I'm happy, they always follow up and make sure that I'm happy with what they are doing. They use the green products which I like especially with my health condition right now. I've been real pleased with them.

They came and gave us an estimate for approximately 3 hours or more of service to clean the rooms of the house that we wanted them to. Originally I thought that they were doing a good job but started to notice that they seemed to be masking the lack of cleaning they were actually doing. They always came while we were at work so I could never got to see what they were actually doing…if anything. We did not have them to all the rooms in our house because the spare bedroom doesn’t get used very often…low and behold we had a guest that we picked up from the airport the night before and he was sleeping when they arrived. The door was always shut just as it always was…it startled him so he peeked over the balcony and noticed it was the cleaning crew. He said there was about 4 of them but they still never saw him. He went back into the bedroom and shut the door and started watching TV. He looked at his phone and within 17 minutes the crew had packed up and was done. He said they never stepped foot upstairs where his bedroom was and only ran the vacuum for 5 minutes. Our estimate was for 3 hours of cleaning for 156.00 if you total that out for the amount of time they did…it would be $9.18 a MINUTE. We fired them and so did all of our friends after that.

/the workers have come every other week for awhile. Little by little I noticed that their attention to detail was diminishing. I AM a perfectionist and expect consistant work.
