Excellent work! Very professional and met with my insurance adjuster to complete assessment. Installed beautiful high impact shingles and gutters. Made everything so easy from start to finish. Our house was damaged by a tree in a storm. We had a hole going through to our bedroom ceiling, bent gutters, a broken porch window, some siding damage, it was quite the mess. I contacted Star Home thinking they at least could fix the roof and gutters but they did it all. It was awesome to make one call, it couldn't have been easier and they were great to work with. Every thing looks great, they even painted a pvc pipe from my laundry room vent to match my roof. No more ugly white pipe. I never even considered doing that. These guys are above and beyond and I will definitely call them again for any home repairs I need. Thank you Star Home!

Trevor did repairs to an old barn roof of mine that had been damaged by storms. He went above and beyond with all that he did, even using some of the wood we already had from an old deck instead of going out and having to buy new boards. They even completed a few extra repairs to other parts of the barn and didn’t charge me extra for it. Trevor and his crew are professional, courteous and go above and beyond for their clients. Customer service, (which is sorely lacking or non-existent these days) is alive and well with Trevor and Star Home!!

True five star service. Our roof took some damage in the recent storms, and Mr Trevor with Star Home has been taking care of us. Our first meeting was assessing damage and with more storms rolling in, a snap decision to have him do basic repairs to keep more damage from happening. After the assessor from the insurance company gave us our repair quotes, Mr Trevor gave us several options as to how to move forward. I really appreciate not being just another paycheck with a quick fix and moving down the road. He took the time to explain several possibilities including going with the same stuff we had on it originally, and the potentials of upgrading to a better class that could potentially save us money with insurance premiums over the long run. I really didn't feel pressured at any point to pick one choice over another, he gave me the information, answered any questions, and left me with time to think about it before making a decision. There's no question about whether or not that snap decision was a good one or not. We have been well taken care of.

There are not enough words to express how great Star Home's service has been. We had a tree come down on our home during a storm, there were holes in our roof and a tree limb inside that crashed all the way through to the inside ceiling. I contacted Star Home the next morning to set up an estimate. Trevor came out the same day to give an estimate and he patched up our roof to keep us from getting more water in our house. He was very knowledgeable about the insurance process and took photos for our insurance company. Having a tree crush your roof can be very nerve racking but after going through the first parts of the process with him we felt a lot better about the situation before he left. We had a full sense of relief as he was pulling out of the driveway because we had been taken care of.
