Description of Work: A/C stopped working the evening of 6/13/2012. I called Star City at 8:00 AM 6/14. Person who answered the phone said someone would be out late morning or early afternoon. The technician arrived shortly afternoon, and diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. He had the necessary part in his truck. Installed the new part, inspected the system inside and out, topped off the refrigerant. Very friendly and professional person. Very satisfied with the service and price. I would highly recommend Star City.

+ -1 moreThey did not charge us and it was under a warranty so we would not be charged for any service for a year but we only paid the premium. They helped us since part of their sales pitch was they were getting their rebate through the manufacturer, a rebate from the electric company and they also helped us get low interest financing for the whole project. They got the work the done form start to finish in two weeks which was from the time we got the estimate till the time the system was replaced. We met four or five people when the system was installed and one of them was also the technician who came back for the adjustments and we know that the person himself had graduated from a technical school of heating and cooling so they appear to be a professional organization . The salesman was also very responsive and helpful.
Description of Work: We used Star City Appliance Heating to replace our heating and air conditioner.
