+ -1 moreStanley Steemers offered an additional three visits deal, which was three visits, cleaning three rooms within one year for $321.00. We went ahead and purchased the deal but after we realized that the pet stains that said they could get out did not come out, I called their main office in Omaha, NE, at 402-391-7880, to cancel the follow up services, and spoke with Mr. Martel. I was advised that they would send my check back. I have been waiting over four months for the check. After calling four times and speaking with Mr. Martel, we have not heard back from him, or the next level manager who apparently has the authority to issue the refund. Cost of service noted above includes the disputed $321.00.

Description of Work: I used the services of Stanley Steemer to clean our carpets. They cleaned the living room, the entryway, two bedrooms and the stairs.
