Description of Work: I needed to replace an instant hot water dispenser - the tank on the old one was leaking. Spring quoted a price for a replacement hot-water dispenser, not including installation, at about $279. I told him I could get one (same brand as old one) myself at $229, and Spring agreed to install it. One of Spring's employees showed up at the date and time we'd agreed on and promptly took out the old unit and installed the new one in a reasonable amount of time. I've used Spring before (hot water heater four years ago and other jobs before that) and have always been pleased with the job and the price compared to my previous plumber (I switched to Spring in the early 2000's).

+ -1 moreThe faucet in my tub/shower would not shut completely off so I checked the phonebook and found Spring. I liked that the owner had a family picture in his ad, so I called and got his voice mail. I left a message saying what the problem was, but I also said it was not an emergency. I was a little nervous about how long it would take for him to get back to me, and I was happily surprised when I got a call back within 15 minutes. The owner said he had an employee just finishing a job and he could take my call next. Believe it or not, he showed up in less than an hour. The employee (Stacy) went right to work and checked the leaking side (cold), but I was pleased when he also checked the other side (hot), because they generally fail at about the same time. I have an old house, so he didn't have the parts on his truck, but knew where to find them and headed out to pick them up. He got back quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. He was professional and informative, and told me that he looked through the parts tray at the store so he could find stems that turned the same direction as the ones he was replacing. Who does that??? I thought that kind of attention to detail was a thing of the past. When Stacy wrote my bill out, he added a senior discount without my having to ask for it, and trust me, it's worth asking about. I couldn't be more pleased, and will call them any time I have a plumbing issue. I give this company A+ for responsiveness, work, customer service and price.
Description of Work: Replaced the stems on the bathtub/shower taps.

+ -1 moreWent very well, I couldn't have hoped for more. He was so kind and professional.
Description of Work: Matt was awesome, I called him in a panic as my husband was our of town. We had just had a big snowstorm and I came home to a busted sprinkler pipe turning my back yard into a lake. My message probably made no sense but he called me back within 10 minutes. He was out of town but took the time to talk me through the problem, find a solution and told me how to take care of it!! I highly recommend him and will certainly cal him when i need a plumber in the future. I don't see how anyone could go wrong counting on him.

Description of Work: Our water heater went out and Spring Plumbing replaced it. They were prompt and very fair, making the replacement of our water heater very simple. We've used them before and we always feel that we can trust them!

+ -1 moreHe charged us $79 for his services. We have used him since 2002. Matt Spring is really reliable. If we call him, he contacts us back immediately to let us know when he or one of his other plumbers would be coming out. He always does high quality work. He's very nice and very personable. We can't recommend him more highly. He does a great job. We will definitely use him again in the future. We only call him.
Description of Work: We used Spring Plumbing. We last used his services in December of 2011. He came out and we have a new dryer that has a 5.06 and he hooked that up for us because we didn't know how to do that.
