Description of Work: Had hot tub delivered on August 21 as promised. Very professional! Hot tub was wired by elecrician recommended by Spas Plus. Hot tub did not function after it was wired. Called Jon and he spent extra time with me on the phone running through some checks on the control panel and had me check some other items on the tub. With no success to ge tit running, John said he would send someone out the next day. Well, a technician showed up literally 45 minutes and diagnosed the problem. GREAT customer service!!!! I won't use anyone else.. Thanks Jon!
