Response from Servpro of Lincoln
All issues raised by Mr. [Member name removed] have been addressed and answered via the SERVPRO Corporate Service Resolution Report System and again via the Better Business Bureau Complaint Activity Report Case# 300101706. The Better Business Bureau has closed the case as ASSUMED RESOLVED as of 2/24/2014. All services provided by SERVPRO of Lincoln were accepted and paid for by the City of Lincoln. The [Member name removed]’s did not make any payment to SERVPRO of Lincoln; therefore, there are $0 to “refund”. The [Member name removed]’s later found some of the items earlier alleged to have been stolen. No theft charges were filed against SERVPRO of Lincoln or any of their employees by the Lincoln Police Department after their investigation. Any unproven allegations should not be posted to a web site. The images are of property damage caused by the sewer backup, NOT a result of our services; to be replaced by insurance.

My carpet is under warranty with the place I purchased it from. The gentleman that came out is actually someone that trains their technicians. I had to have him specifically. I have used Servpro in the past. I thought he was a lot more thorough and the carpet looked excellelent compared to other companies I have used in the past. I didn't have stains coming back up in the carpet. He was very professional.
Description of Work: I used Servpro for carpet to do an intensive carpet cleaning in two rooms and a hall.
