The servic rep came in, ordered part and a short time later when the part arrived they were very prompt to remove and replace the damaged part.

Not sure about the inspection, but they did light the furnace. One night I heard a large gun blast. It sounded like it came from the neighbors. Shortly it got cool in my house, I then had to re-light my furnace. A few days later the same situation occurred. I called up Service Guard to recheck my system. The next day around 3 P.M. they came out and just re-light the heater. 3:45 I got a text informing me it was complete. I came home from work to take a break. I heard a ticking noise coming from the heater system, then a large flame ball, shot gun blast and it knocked the front of the heater system off. I was very shaken by this and called Service Guard and after the lady calmed me down, the person who lite the furnace stopped by. I asked how does this happen? He said due to the rust and small cracks in the pipes this could occur. I replied you guys did an inspection, should this alerted you? That is why I questioned an inspection had occurred. The guy condemned my furnace. The plus, the manager came out the next day and looked at the system. A day later they replaced my heater system, with a unknown heat system. It took two days to complete the installation. The guy who replaced my system was professional, and informed me what I needed to do, to bring my home to code. He cleaned up the area nicely. He was a subcontractor, for the program. Three months later, the city home inspector came out and approved the work. I did call back to ask how to operate the system, but received no response. I have the Gold Program which replaces heating and cooling system at no cost. I get the suspicion the company does not like to replace items even when a severe issue is present.

I'm reviewing on behalf of my elderly mother who waited over a week for someone to come and repair her washing machine. They didn't show up, as she waited from 12-5pm in her home. When she called at 4:30 wondering where they were, the person who took the call said the order was cancelled because she wasn't home. The man rudely told her "lady you didn't request that we ring the doorbell." What a sorry excuse for someone that doesn't show up. Then they were going to wait another week before they would come to service the machine. My mother cancelled Service guard and called a local repairman who came the next business day.

Called on a Monday - explained that I needed the work completed that week - could not schedule a visit until Thursday - had to order part which I told them would need to happen - technician repeated exactly what I had already done - ordered part which arrived on Friday but could not do install until the next week when I would be gone on vacation.

They did stick with it, but it took a very long time.

Different people have come from Service Guard to fix my washer, which is out of balance, and my dryer. When the serviceman worked on my dryer, he put the wires back improperly, so the dryer didn't run properly and I had to have another serviceman come out and fix that, then it it worked fine. None of the servicemen have been able to fix my washing machine. I have a service contract which is paid monthly with my gas bill, so I don't have a cost for when they make a service call.

Called the number and was immediately setup to have someone come and look at my stove. They arrived on time and ordered the parts for my stove. When parts arrived they came back and made the repairs fast and efficiently. Great experience and glad I have Service One.

Black Hills Energy in Lincoln were prompt, efficient, friendly, and the price was reasonable. They provided professional, good quality work.

I just got the bill last Wednesday. They picked it on Monday and brought it on Wednesday and I was able to use it in the meantime. I didn’t have to spend on anything other than the service card, which is a monthly fee and that takes care of the washer, dryer, refrigerator and different appliances. They kept coming back and doing what needed to be done.

Randy showed up in the proper time frame, as usual, did a very thorough multi- point inspection and check list. THIS company is very responsive, reliable, and prompt in our rural area of IOWA.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and that they did extra work that they didn’t need to do for me.

They were excellent. They were very prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were in a bit of a time crunch and they were able to work around our schedule to get the job done. They stand behind the quality of their work.

The were very courteous. The individual they sent out was very competent and he knew what he was doing. I have no reason to complain, so far as having gas we have had no interruptions of service.

I have a service agreement with them. They came shortly after I called within that day. They were clean and didn't cause any problems. For a household where someone isn't handy around the house an agreement with someone like Service Guard is handy to have.

They were prompt, here when they said they were, and very competent people.
