Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

a technician arrived within 30 minutes and gave several options. I get the basement drain snaked yearly so went with that least expensive option. The price was almost doubled from last year but comparable to other drain cleaning services.

The arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided me with an estimate, and fixed the problem. When they finished, they cleaned up the area nicely. Plumber was polite and professional. He even provided us with an estimate for checking our sewer line with a camera, cleaning and adding root killer. Nice to have plumbers that can do it all. Very happy with their service. This will be our go-to plumbing service from now on.

Very well. They came within 20 minutes of my calling and fixed all of my problems within an hour. The plumber was so friendly and helpful. I thought $277 for labor was a little pricey though.

- I was unable to contact my usual plumber due to phone outages, so called roto-rooter. They sent a service person promptly just after 5 pm and didn't charge me the after hours fees. The service person was very pleasant and completed the clean out quickly. I live in an old house and have had back-ups in the past. The cost was twice what I usually pay - I would not use again because of this.

They arrived within one hour of my calling them. They diagnosed the problem, cleared the obstruction, and ran a camera into the system to show me what that the issue was corrected.

My worker was Alan. He was right on time, very professional and pleasanrt . He saw what needed to be done and quickly fixed it for me. One line was upstairs draining the washer and the other was in the basement floor drain. He checked the problems and got them solved quickly and efficiently, always very interested in my satisfaction. If I need work in the future, I would like to have him do it for me. He was so kind and professional. He is an outstanding associate for the company.l

Came on time, gave an appraisal for free, returned later and made prompt repairs. They were courteous, clean, and professional. We would use them again.

Very good at what they did. Took extra care to ensure the job was done correctly. Very polite and friendly. The bill was a little more than I expected. It was $166 for less than 2 hours work - that includes travel time in that two hours. I would probably look for someone more reasonably priced next time.

Within two hours of calling the office a service professional, Greg, was at my door, and the problem was fixed in about an hour. There is not much more to tell; everything went extremely well and I can once again run the clothes washer. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing or drain service I need.

Revised the drain to be more efficient than what we had done in reinstalling our faucet with a new sink and countertops. Installed a new faucet since we had overtightened our lines and they were kinked. He was very practical, did a nice job, asked us when there were details for us to decide and kept working. It couldn't have gone better.

The overall experience was just great. Greg was on time, showed up in the first half of the window they provide, and was very friendly. Got right to figuring out what was wrong and fixing it (grease backup and a penny in the garbage disposal). Told me how to help with the grease after he left so it didn't slow my drain down again. Replaced the part on the leaking sink quickly. I had some other questions/issues with a few other misc things and he told me how I could fix them myself if i wanted, and who to call to get the part i needed for free on a dripping bathtub. Made sure everything was working great to my satisfaction before leaving. I will definitely use these guys for my other plumbing needs in the future. Made sure to save the contact in my phone.

They gave me a competitive bid and seemed to be very responsive and acted like they wanted my business. They scheduled the day for the work to be done in advance according to my own preference. The fine gentleman that showed up to do the work was on time and ready to go as planned. The work was done quickly (in one day) and was everything I hoped for. I had some new lines installed as well as some existing lines removed and routed differently. The technician took down and removed all the old galvanized and copper piping and removed it and cleaned the area he worked in before leaving. I am very happy with the work they performed, the water lines in my house are now not only newer, but flow better and are up to current plumbing code. All in all, I would not hesitate to call this company in the future for any of my plumbing needs; indeed they will be my preferred choice.

I had an awesome experience with Roto-Rooter! One of my tenants backed up the main sewage line with coffee grounds (along with several smaller lines) The serviceman came exactly when he said he would, had all equipment with him and went right to work. He tried snaking the smaller drains, identified it was the main sewage line and pulled out the big guns. He was in and out within an hour and was respectful to all my tenants (who had dogs dumping on him). I will use them again on any of my properties...more than anything the speed in which things were done is important to me!S

I found everything about using this company to be a positive experience and worth the price to have them do it.

Everything went very well. They showed up in the agreed upon 2 hour window, calling as they were on their way. They were quick to resolve the problem, even though he plunged and snaked the drain he only charged for the plunging part. They also replaced a metal nut on the trap assembly to fix the leaking problem. They took the $20 Angie's List coupon with no questions. I will definitely use them again.

They were fine. I feel the cost was fair and the people were polite and courteous. I would definitely use them again. They were prompt as is was an emergency and they were professional.

The tech did a very good job. He was polite, neat, and efficient. He took extra care to ensure that the drain was cleared by filling the sink three times. The only negative is that the price was higher than I expected.
