Description of Work: Show up 2x per week, same day and approximately same time. Pick up whatever we need to to discern. we inform them ahead of time about bigger items . They do not answer their office phone, I leave a message, yet it must be a request.

+ -1 moreI decided to go with Roggenkamp Refuse because the previous home owner left the bin behind and after making a few phone calls, they were cheaper than the few other providers in the area. Bruce Roggenkamp is a very friendly guy and is a long-standing member of the community. The walk-up service is super convenient and they've only missed my trash can once. On the other hand, their office communication isn't the best. The phone number provided ALWAYS goes straight to voicemail. Generally you'll get a call back in 3 or so days. However, I have had to call a second time a week after leaving a voicemail and have even been greeted with a full voicemail. At first, my bill would arrive in the mail just a few days before it was due. Eventually it got a little better, giving me 7-10 days to pay. I ended up switching service because I found a cheaper provider that services city-wide. I mainly switched because I wanted yard waste collection, but $12 a month seemed a little steep! I also didn't warrant a twice a week pick-up.
Description of Work: bi-weekly, walk-up trash collection service for $21.50/month. Once a week, seasonal yard waste collection is an additional $12/month.
