+ -1 moreThey called to confirm the status of my computer and told me all went well with refurbishing one for me, It was their policy to bring the computer to my house and set it up and we were able to confirm an agreed to time and day. All went as expected and I intend to use them again for my other home computer for placing Windows 7 on my XP.
Description of Work: I had an 8 year old home computer that simply died. Called BBB for names and called one of the 7. I was able to take it over right away and they were able to give me options while I waited a short time. Decided on a refurbished and they added Windows 7 and an antivirus. Since it was already Wednesday nite at 5pm, I was told it could be ready by the next Monday.

+ -1 moreWent extremely well. Even gave me the option to install the power supply myself to save money. I chose to let them install. Computer was ready prior to the estimated time. Very professional people. I am definitely using them again if needed.
