About us

We are the water treatment experts and have been a family owned business for over 46 years. We have 7 great employees, 4 in office, 3 field technicians, and growing. Our license's are (1) Master Water Conditioning Contractor, (1) Master Plumber, (2) Apprentice Plumbers. Our hourly rates are $85.00 for the first hour including the drive to the home/business, and $85.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments. We will give a 5% discount on labor for any AngiesList Member.

The price was about $2000.00, everything combined. I found them from Angie's List. I would refer someone in the area to them if they needed similar work to be done. The price was very competitive.
Description of Work: Quality Water Services put the reverse osmosis system in and a water softener in December. They put a water heater in too.

We had issues with our water softener; they were going to replace a part and had to come back several times to fix it.Things had not been done right and one of their workers did not tack down a drain hose and we later found water all through our storeroom and workroom and their response was that it was too bad, we are sorry it happened. It was not fun and I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Quality Water Services to repair our water softener.

We did not sell this unit to the customer, we simply offered to repair it. Sometimes when repairing mechanical items such as a water softener valve there are pieces you can't see or can miss, in original diagnoses. We returned to this client's home twice "at no charge" to investigate the problem. Both times we needed to add additional parts which we installed "at no charge". We have been in business for over 63 years in Lincoln NE and we stand behind what we do. We did feel bad about the water the sprayed all over, but there wasn't any damages that was reported to us, and wasn't much more we could do.
