+ -1 moreChad was prompt, very informative, courteous, and helpful during the entire process. If I had any questions, they were answered professionally and thoroughly. I was surprised how quickly the old unit was removed and the new unit was installed. Within less than 24 hours after the agreement, I had a new furnace.
Description of Work: Pro-Tech removed and replaced my old furnace in the middle of winter.
