Description of Work: In the last months of our dog's life she had a couple of accidents on our carpeting. Pro Care came in and did an excellent job of cleaning up stains & the rest of our carpeting. It looks fantastic & it's been almost 2 months and the stains have not returned. Highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: Able to remove cat stains/odor from a VERY old carpet in a VERY small apartment. The price appears high, but they promise to come back for spills...anytime for the next 180 days...I bought their Gold Plan which ensures they will contact me in 6 months and do the traffic lanes again. Minor scheduling problems from the beginning.

Description of Work: We had water damage in our basement and had to have the pad replaced and the carpet dried out. Jeff came and cleaned the carpet for us. He also did the upstairs and we have dogs. He cleaned the stains and did the whole house.

 + -1 moreWhen I needed to clean my daughters carpet (my husband and I owned the condo they lived in), I tried to find someone that used the same cleaning process as my previous carpet cleaner in Falls City Nebraska. Called the company that sold that cleaning solution, and they told me Jeff was the one in Lincoln that used their products. The products are good, but Jeff is a hardworking perfectionist that doesn't quit until HE is happy with the job he has done. He has come on a moments notice when I have spilled something and it needs to be taken care of immediately. It is a joy to find a business owner that takes such pride in his work.
Description of Work: Jeff has been cleaning my carpets and my daughter's carpets for several years. He is a miracle worker. He made my daughter's carpet look like new (and it was stained badly). He guarantees his work, comes back to clean up spills made since he cleaned, and he and his wife are personable and hard working. I would never use any one else, and anyone I have recommended him to is extremely satisfied.
