 + 0 moreIt all went very well they did a very good job with all of it! I never have had as good of job from anyone else! You guys are AWESOME! They cleaned all the carpets and even did my couch which I had forgot to mention in the phone conversation. Will definitely have them again! They provided me with a free bottle of spot cleaner. I highly recommend them!

 + -1 moreWhen I called them they juggled some things around and was able to work me into their schedule in 2 days. They showed up early and were done quickly, getting all of the stains out of the carpet except of coarse a small koolaid stain. They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I am very satisfied with their work and would call them again.

 + -1 morePro Care was great from the first call to the finished job. Tracy was very knowledgeable when I called and carefully listened to our concerns about a spot that was causing us distress. The team arrived exactly on time, were very professional about explaining their service, wore protective footwear, did a very thorough job of cleaning, and were polite and friendly throughout. I called for a follow up treatment on the "spot" that still had a lingering smell (they warned us we may have to replace the pad to get rid of the smell) and they were very prompt about coming out to retreat the spot. They came while I was gone...imagine my surprise when I got home from work and they had not only treated the spot, but vacuumed the entire livingroom leaving it looking wonderful! Top-notch company and I will definitely use them for all future cleaning!
Description of Work: We had our livingroom area cleaned and deodorized due to our large dog. Also had a "mystery" dog odor that needed special treatment.

 + -1 moreThis is the 3rd time I have had my carpets cleaned since becoming a homeowner. This was by far the best job I have ever had done. I was considering replacing the carpets on my stairs because they looked dirty and worn from kids and dogs. I was amazed they were able to clean them up to look almost like new. We had all sorts of stains from food/drink, pet and kid and they were able to get all but one small reddish stain that they did fade significantly. Pro Care cleaning exceeded my expectations and I will have them the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

 + -1 moreWe had some drywall work done in a room in our lower level walkout basement. We had not had the carpet cleaned since we put it down so we thought it was time to get it done. I contacted Tracy at Pro Care and asked it she could give me an idea as to price and the soonest they could do the work. She explained their pricing which I thought was very fair and saw no need for an estimate. We worked out an agreeable time to do the work. Tracy called the day before to make sure that the scheduled time would work and gave me the time the crew would show up. They did an excellent job and the carpet looks great. I highly recommend this company should you need your carpets cleaned.

 + -1 morePro Care went out of there way to fit me in. I had a niece coming to stay, about a month earlier than expected, and they went out of their way to work me in quickly. The carpet had many pet stains, and when they left, it looked brand new. They were fast, professional and did a great job.

 + -1 moreI chose to have Pro Clean (Jeff & Tracy Madsen, owners) because of their high rating on Angie's list and I had used them when my parents moved from their home. I had been cleaning my own carpet for many years but thought it was time to have it professionally done along with all the upholstered furniture. They were timely with their arrival, arriving just as I took the last of the small pieces of furniture out. They did a fantastic job especially in the den (a lighter carpet). When it was dry it felt so clean, so new. Thanks Jared and Jason, you did a great job!

Description of Work: Pro Care Carpet Cleaners cleaned two rooms of carpet in our basement. We had had water at one time plus just the dampness in the basement led to mold in some places. They did a great job of cleaning it all. The carpet looked brand new. We had remodeled part of the basement so we moved small things and left larger items in place and told them to clean around those larger items. They discounted their price by $30 because they didn't have to move furniture. I was so pleased with the end result AND we called them on a very short notice and then had to reschedule at the last minute due to other workmen who ran late on the remodeling project. Pro Care was courteous enough to call their other customers and switch someone around so they could do our job. You can't beat that! Yet Pro Care acted like it was no big deal and a service they were happy to perform. Pro Care's cleaning machine is in the back of a van and they run a long hose into your house. It was easily in the high 90s that day but they added protective padding around door openings and kept doors closed as much as possible. I very much appreciated that. They were professional, courteous, well-dressed and well-spoken and I will happily use them in the future. I am especially happy to find someone who does upholstery and area rugs as well as carpet.

 + -1 moreProfessional and courteous team arrived slightly before scheduled appointment and completed the work quickly. I'm amazed on how the company can bring my old carpets back to life especially with the amount of foot traffic and family living that they have to endure. The entire team including the technicians is courteous and conscientious. Will recommend ProCare Cleaning because they are the best in the business!
Description of Work: I had removed all the furniture, but the team thoroughly vacuumed rooms including along the walls. The technicians pretreated spots and applied a pre-conditioning solution. The carpets were then cleaned, and a stain protector was applied. The entire process was completed within an hour and my carpets look amazing.

They were willing to quote me a price based off my measurements and schedule a time to clean the carpets before I moved in. I also love that I was able to do the majority of this over email ? very helpful. Jeff arrived at the time promised and cleaned the carpets ? they look great. He was even able to get an old water stain out. I will use them again.

It look longer to dry the area rugs because of the humidity but the wait was worth the delay. The rugs are free of pet stains. The service men were very professional and treated me with the utmost respect! Great work, I will definitely use Pro Care again.

 + 0 moreIt went very well. They told me when they would be over to pick up the rugs and they were on time. They carefully removed the rugs. They returned them at the scheduled day and time as well. They worked with me to make sure the rugs were centered in the room and that furniture went back where it went. They were great!
Description of Work: The owner of the company and his teenaged son came to our home, inspected a number of area rugs that hadn't been washed for 7 years (since we purchased them) and had seen a lot of foot traffic from parties and some pet accidents. They measured them, and calculated the cost for me in writing to clean each one. They explained the process of taking them to their facilities where they have large tanks they can lliterally submerge them in and clean them, then dry and return them. They told me when they would get them back to me. All went according to play. They were careful moving furniture and removing them, and they spend a good deal fo time when they returned placing them back over the rug pads carefully and putting furniture back where it belonged. Very professional!

They measured and gave me an estimate right away. The price was less that others I have used but the quality, and the personnel were better. They vacuumed the rooms before cleaning, cleaned and brushed the carpet. They gave us instruction about the carpet. They did a good job, and I will call them again
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the hall, down the stairs and into the dining room. They also cleaned a bedroom carpet. We had some problems with naughty kitties and they did a great job cleaning those areas. I added the area in the dining room and they stayed and completed that piece as well.

I hired Pro Care before an open house, but really thought we would have to replace the carpet. ProCare worked a miracle. The carpet looks brand new. We had only positive comments about it at the open house. Only regret is that I lived with that nasty carpet for so long.

 + -1 moreJeff arrived right on time with a young helper and got right to work on the carpet. They were both very professional, yet friendly. The cleaning process took about an hour and a half and the carpet looked wonderful. We thought Jeff did a great job and Tracy was very friendly and informative when we first made contact with Pro Care. The estimate given to us according to our rough measurements was a little lower than the final cost but the cost was not out of line. We also thought Pro Care had a really good website that helped us in making our decision on which company to choose. I would definitely recommend Pro Care and will use them again!!

Description of Work: AMAZING cleaning job on our disgusting carpets--we have little kids, and our very light-colored carpet was covered in nasty stains and a hundred little paint splotches from a latex paint 'explosion' we had in that room. They got all the latex paint out, along with all the other stains, and the carpet was like brand new, it was amazing. I will ONLY use Pro Care, they are the best out there.
