Presto-X Pest Control

Description of Work: Sprayed a wasp nest above the garage door, under the peak of the eaves. | |I called them early August and the person who called me back (later found out is not in Lincoln, but a central location) stated the service person would be out that afternoon, before I got home from work and took my credit card information to charge me. It did not appear that anything had been done when I got home, but I waited for a week, checking the nest and when I finally called the person back, I had to leave a message and later was called by a local service person who made arrangements to come out asap and spray the nest. I don't know if they did the additional exterior home spray, agreed upon just to get someone to come out, or not as I was again at work. I received a bill in the mail about a week later (instead of the charge having been billed to my credit card as originally arranged for). The spray took care of the problem. The charge was $40 cheaper than Orkin or Terminex, both of which also insisted on inspecting the rest of the house if they came out and you know why . . . I might use this provider in the future, but handle it differently, knowing what I now know, but also have received (too late) many positive recommendatins re: ABC pest control, which is totally local, so would check with them first.

Description of Work: I have a monthly service with Presto-X for pest control service. I used them around a couple of weeks ago.
