Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet in my just under 500 square foot attic and a flight of stairs. I used a Living Social but they did not have it listed that it would be $3 per stair in addition to the LS. If I had known that prior, I would have went with a previously used company who would charge me less. If there are additional fees, it should be included in the description. Also, before the guy left, he made sure to tell me how little they make off the actual LS.It was tacky and unprofessional. They did a fine job but I will not use them again for these reasons.

Description of Work: Carpet care person arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was careful with large furniture which remained in the room such as a bed and dresser, etc. I used this service a year ago and will glad do so again.

+ -1 moreCarpet looks like new! I could not believe the difference. Cannot say enough about Mark and his professionalism. I would have given them an "A" in all categories except they were running behind and were late showing up, but its probably because they do such a thorough job. Very satisfied and will definitely use Pinnacle Carpet Cleaning again!

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time, did a fairly good job of cleaning the carpet. Then he asked if he could drain the dirty water down my driveway. He said it was mostly water and would not kill the grass. Now I have dead grass with filthy caret fuzz in it.
