Although the complex does provide pest control services with another company, I wanted to set up an on-going spraying of the apartment to occur every couple of months to be proactive. My neighbor referred me to Orkin (she said that she was very satisfied with their service, as she also has them come and spray her apartment). After I called the company to schedule an appointment, George called the night before to confirm the date and the time. This was to occur during my lunch hour. I was very pleased that he was right on time, got right down to business, and he even explained the process as he worked. I will continue to use Orkin in the future.

+ -1 moreI pay $90 every other month for the inside spraying and $85 for the yard. They are consistent. The gentleman who comes is considerate and calls ahead. They seem to be fairly successful in controlling the pests around the house.
Description of Work: I use Orkin for monthly pest control. They were last here to spray inside and out and they also sprayed for mosquitoes and insects in the yard.

+ -1 moreThey were quick to respond when I first discovered the termite damage and got the work done. I have no evidence of termite since.
Description of Work: We used Orkin Pest Control to do termite treatment. They assessed termite damage and did a complete treatment with a chemical. They drilled holes and put the insecticide in the ground. They also drilled holes in my garage to access the ground underneath it and installed the stuff and sprayed some of the chemical in to the walls where the termite never grows.
