Did not hire them.
Description of Work: I contacted them to do some yard work. We needed some help removing leaves since both my wife and I have had recent injuries that prevent us from normal acitivities and yard work. I arranged for a time on a Friday, with them calling ahead to confirm arrival. I spent the day waiting and never got a call. On Monday someone called from company and apologized; said they got some scheduling signals crossed. They offered to come and do work. I declined since my wife and I ended up doing the leaf removal on Saturday.

We have not done leaf removal for several years. I do not have the equipment, the employees, or the time. We refer this kind of work to other companies. I am the only person who does bidding or customer service calls and did not set up a time to meet with you. I have never done an estimate at your address. If you were given the impression that we can do this work or did not receive a call back, I am sorry.
