Description of Work: Put in a new front deck, to replace crumbling steps. They were the only contractor I could even get to respond. The price was okay and everything was going well. I wanted a composite decking. It was odd that no rails were in the plan to begin with it added in to the cost and the stability of the rails is not the best. I am okay with the work, my husband is not impressed to say the least.
