Morrow Collision Center was the best place to take my car after I got into an accident. They were so friendly and let me reschedule my appointment on two separate occasions. They even worked directly with my insurance company to get my vehicle fixed. Morrow also set me up with a rental vehicle when my insurance company wouldn't. They fixed my car on time and updated me throughout the process. Morrow Collision Center is highly recommended in my book!

That was good. The only difficulty we had was that when we went to pick it up, there was still something wrong with the tail pipe that hadn't been resolved. We had to take it back. But other than that I think everything went fine. The job they did on the vehicle itself was good. They were professional.

After Morrow repaired the body and engine of our van, it looks and runs as good as new!

They looked at the vehicle, gave an accurate quote, and did good work.

Everything was perfect. I will use him again. I was impressed by the quality of the work and the price compared to others. He was a sharp guy.

The people are very nice. They gave us an estimate on the time it would take. Called us if they had questions. We did have an issue with them telling us the work was finished and when we arrived to pick up the car there were 2 things that were not done. All in all the work was done sooner than anticipated.

I called for an estimate after I had gotten the estimate from my insurance companies place. Someone had hit my car in the parking lot and just left, leaving me with the deductible cost so I was trying to find the best deal I could. Morrow was very easy to work and was able to adjust the bill to save me some money. They were able to get me in quickly and get started on it. Originally said it would probably take 3 days, but I wasn't able to pick my car up til the 5th day. Was still a great overall experience and would definitely use again in the future if I need any body work.

They were extremely friendly and sweet. Kept us updated on the progress of the vehicle and were even friendly when I was rudely on the phone. They were flexible and helpful in answering our questions about the things needed for the car.

It went very well from the moment we walked in the door until we picked the car up.

First, the total cost of repairs was $1800, but insurance covered the entire bill. We contacted Morrow Collision for an estimate on repairs. Dan examined the damage and wrote up the estimate, which he sent to both us and the insurance company. He noted that the fender needed to be replaced, but the scrapes on the bumper could be repaired without full replacement. The bumper was misshapen because of the damage to the fender, and he said it would return to proper form once the fender was replaced. Dan assured us that they would be able to match the paint. Our car is only 18 months old, and we wanted it to look like new again. The accident was minor (as accidents go) and he said they would be able to complete the work within three days, which they did. Everyone we worked with at Morrow was professional, courteous, and friendly. The work was excellent. The paint matches beautifully--we cannot tell where the new paint ends and the original paint begins. The car looks like new, again, which is exactly what we wanted. Very pleased with their service.

Service was performed exactly as promised. Staff was courteous and professional. I would use Morrow's again in a hearbeat!

In a minor car accident, the front fascia (?) -- bumper cover-- broke into a hundred pieces, and the hood was a little bent out of position. A headlight was broken... and there may have been other body work on the front end that needed fixing, too -- I don't remember all. Anyway, they were super fast, professional, and friendly. I selected them because they promised a very accurate color match, and that was important, because the car was only a month old, and I wanted it to look brand new again! They were able to get all the (Subaru WRX) parts in quickly, and because no parts came already painted, they did a very careful match. They even worked overtime so that we could leave on our vacation without delay, and we hadn't even asked for them to do that! I HOPE not to need Morrow's services again soon, but I'd recommend them to anyone, and if I have another accident, that's where I'll go!

Dan and Tom did a great job. The paint matched perfectly. They had the car back to me the next day. Inspite of the fact that the car was filthy when I took it in they washed and detailed the entire exterior.

My electric window wouldn't roll up and rain was in the forecast. Being new in town, I checked Angie's List for referrals and saw that Morrow's was near my work. I called and the owner, Dan, answered the phone. He said he could help me out and to just come on over. They were able to diagnose the problem (broken window regulator) and got the window up so there would be no issue with the coming rains. The new part was fairly expensive and I think Dan went above and beyond trying to find me a used window regulator. He ordered the part and when it came in a few days later, he quickly installed it and I was on my way.

I would like to start by emphasizing how much I love my car. I love my car very much. It has a name. It is very unique. I was rear ended and there was some minor damage to my bumper. Had it been any other car, I probably would have just let it go. I was determined to get it looking exactly as it was new. I went around getting estimates from the big names in Lincoln. I had never had any bodywork done before. All 3 estimates I got were around the same price, and not a single one of them would guarantee my satisfaction with the color match. I happened across Morrow Collision Center online and decided to try for one more estimate. I was guaranteed satisfaction and the price was lower than any of the rest. The work was done fast and it was beautiful. I will never take my 2 cars and motorcycle anywhere else.
