The clock was not functioning on my range. The "repair" man took it apart and said the whole board needed to be replaced. The cost was very expensive to get a new board. He offered to take it to someone who could fix the current board. I said no and that I would discuss the options with my husband. He cut a wire in an effort to repair the clock. When he put the stove back together, not only the clock didn't work but also the oven no longer worked. He checked the burners while he was here and he saw that turning on one of the burners also turned on the oven light. I was a little concerned but as long as the burners worked I thought I could cook until we could decide on what to do. A few days later, the burners stopped working too. When he came to my house, all that wasn't working was the clock. AFter his visit, NOTHING worked!!! It was the holidays and I had no working range. We had to order a new stove and it took weeks to repair. I would NEVER recommend Mick's to anyone and I will never, ever call them again. In actuality, I think they owe me compensation for the service call AND compensation toward a new stove.
Description of Work: Was supposed to check on fixing the digital clock on the stove.

He was very quick, found the problam right away and showed it to me and why it was making the noise. He then told me he would call if the part was expensive and when it came in. Installed it quickly, couldent be happier.

This company had the most reasonable fee for doing the estimate. He only fixes washers and dryers and some refrigerators. I have a 5 year old Maytag dryer and didn't want to spend a lot of money getting it checked in case I needed to replace it. Mick only charged for the parts and the first appointment, no additional labor costs to actually do the repair. I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Fixed a dryer where the drum wouldn't rotate.
