METRO TV-AUDIO TECH

Horrible! I have an extended warranty policy thru Assurance on a washer bought at NFM. I was given Metro TV Audio Tech's information as a contact that would service the washer via an agreement with both NFM & Assurance. My initial contact was met with negative comments on NFM. After being transferred - I was again met with a very negative attitude and rudeness by the woman that schedules the service. I contacted Assurance back & requested an alternate service to repair my washer. I tried to contact the owner/manager of Metro TV Audio Tech to let them know my dissatisfaction with their choices of employees. But was never contacted - Apparently the owner/manager does not care about customer satisfaction or hearing about disgruntled employees. Both Assurance & NFM have been informed of my dissatisfaction. I am an extremely busy person & rarely take the time to review companies but since I had such a bad taste in my mouth with this company & their rude employees - I felt I needed to do one. I was VERY happy with the alternate NEBRASKA HOME APPLIANCE. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Pretty good experience. Diagnosed the problem in about a week. Gave detailed estimate of repair. After I authorized, it did take a couple weeks to get parts in and the TV repaired. Good job Metro TV.
