+ -1 moreHe promptly came over and gave me an estimate. We scheduled it to be done the following week. He called promptly to let me know he was running late on a previous job and was very communicative. He arrived on-time, completed the repair work quickly, professionally. Matt was very friendly, knowledgable and I would recommend. He had a great attitude. I commented that I understood my job was a small job, however he said "no job is too small" and he did appreciate the opportunity to fix it for us. He has great customer service skills and left the site as clean as when he arrived.
Description of Work: I called Matt at Matt's plumbing to replace/repair a sprinkler drain valve in my basement.

+ -1 moreHe is very thorough and does not take short cuts. He answers all of my questions. He has been persistent at figuring our snags with our older home. He has given us good advice for helping us to save money in the long run. His prices are fair. He is honest and knowledgeable.
