Description of Work: it was a classic example of ripp off. He claimed that he did not have spare parts, disappeared for 4 hours, and then charged $ 360 for the time he was away.

+ -1 moreThis involved two different trips to the house - one to diagnose the issue and another to install the new part. They were punctual and explained clearly what our options were. If he is running late at a previous appointment, he calls to let me know so I can plan accordingly. I have used Larry Martinez Plumbing for many years for a variety of problems and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I think their service call rates are on par with most others; our bills have run higher because the plumbing fixtures they've worked on are higher-end models that the previous owners installed so parts have been more expensive.
Description of Work: Our higher-end kitchen faucet was losing pressure. It needed a hard-to-locate part (our particular model was discontinued) or we were going to have to buy a totally new faucet. Larry found the part we needed and installed it a week later, which saved us considerably. They are friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and everything is spotless when they leave.

+ -1 moreThe overall experience was awful! We were literally ripped off. He said he needed some parts and left for 2 hours for which we were charged $ 90 per hour. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
Description of Work: We had a shower leak and a minor problem with a toilet.

+ -1 moreTheir work performed was OK, but the charge for doing it was very high. They worked on a garbage disposal and replace a faucet and charged almost $500.00 for the work.
Description of Work: Provided services and did work OK. Was very expensive for the work they did. Their charge was outrageous for the work they performed.
