+ -1 moreMark had given me a price on the phone. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He had to take apart our unusual door jam (it had been custom made) without damaging the existing drywall. He installed the new door jam, door, locks and even helped put in a screen door. He did the job well and quickly. We are very happy with his work.
Description of Work: Mark installed a front door, complete with locks and knob. The door itself was purchased by us, so this was just a removal of the old one and install of the new.

+ 0 moreI asked him to help me hang a couple of old, very heavy, glass French doors that I had in the attic. I had to bring them down and alter them to fit the door properly. He was supposed to be there at 10:00 and didn't show up until noon. I'm a middle aged woman with a hand saw, and I already had them down and was working on the carpentry when he showed up. I finished it myself and told him forget it.

+ -1 moreAfter several attempts to set up a time to meet with him to describe work to be done, he finally came out. Spent an hour going over all I needed done, on my high-end home, and he said he would get back to me soon with a bid and time to do the jobs. Never heard back from him despite attempts to reach him. Seemed apathetic when meeting me about the work too.
