+ -1 moreThey cleaned up the area very well and left surrounding shrubs totally undisturbed. They did this all in one day except to come back the next day to remove the forms and do the final clean up. I was very impressed with their professionalism and promptness. My neighbor came over to look at the new sidewalk and to ask who did the work as he wanted some concrete work done. I don't know if he contacted them or not but he was pleased with what he saw, as am I.
Description of Work: They removed three squares of concrete sidewalk leading to my front porch that had sunk and broken away from the porch. They removed the concrete and prepared the site by tamping and adding a layer of crushed concrete to bring the new sidwalk up to a level and then made it match the driveway slope and a slight slope away from the porch to facilitate water run off. the result is a nice looking sidewalk that makes it easy to approach the porch with a 7 inch step up to the porch instead of almost 12 inch step.

+ -1 moreThey began their work by excavating the grass and dirt and putting the forms together for the concrete. Once the excavation was complete and all applicable wires were installed they began pouring the concrete. While Marti had only 2 employees along with himself, they worked hard and were very professional. Because the work was done so completely and well, we hired him to pour a concrete pad in the front of the house for a seating area and expanded our driveway. They cleaned up all dirt that was in the street each day they were working at our house (which I would think the neighbors appreciated). Marti then came back to our house to ensure the concrete was drying sufficiently and gave us the go ahead to move the hot tub into place.
Description of Work: Marti and his crew poured three separate areas in our backyard including steps and a sidewalk. I had a rough draft of what I wanted which included a spot for our hot tub, an area to dine and a relaxation area. Marti took my drawing, made sure we understood the differences in height and how much "cement" we could expect to see. When placing the steps he took my recommendations and modified the original plan without those changes hitting my pocket book! The total square feet that was poured was just under 700.
