Locally owned. Cleaning Hours: 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. All employees are bonded, insured and workers compensation is paid. They are all drug screened, random drug screened throughout the year, criminal history checks done when hired and then done on a yearly basis and physicals are also performed.

Services we offer

Clean, dust vacuum. We dust all baseboards, furniture, doors, lamps, ceiling fans, pictures, shelves and all woodwork. We also cobweb and edge carpeting. We vacuum furniture and groom carpet. We clean sanitize and deodorize. All fixtures, sinks, tubs, showers and toilets are cleaned as well as outside of all appliances. Mirrors are cleaned and chrome is polished and all floors are washed.

Excellent. The house was very clean and they did everything that I had asked them to. The bathroom sparkled and the kitchen was cleaner than it had ever been. Don't know what products they used, but everything sparkled. I was impressed.
Description of Work: Needed my house cleaned because I had company coming. They had quite a big job to do and not a whole lot of time to get it done.

There were 3 of them and they just scattered in the house, but also wanted to talk instead of cleaning. Not the same people every time. One of my pet peeves about them is they didn't individually introduce themselves so if I had a comment to make I had to say "hey you" instead of addressing them by name.
Description of Work: I asked for a whole house cleaning, but had to call them back to because of missed furniture. Even when I called them back they didn't totally fix the issue. Will not call them again.

they did a good job - professional. Did little extra things that I didn't particularly need or want - like gold foil stickers on the toilet paper - that I could have done without, especially if it would have lowered their prices.

I was home when the maids cleaned and I was impressed with their professional demeanor. Very polite. Went very well.
Description of Work: I was very pleased with the services. The house smelled wonderful after they left. Services provided: in kitchen the cabinet fronts were cleaned, wood floors, countertops, appliance fronts, dusting. Dining & Living rooms dusting everything, vacuuming, window ledges, In 3 bathrooms, Shower and tub walls and floors, stools inside and outside, counters and sinks, floors, mirrors. All the normal cleaning criteria you would expect. The Maids will do whatever you want as long as you let them know. May cleaning was considered "Special" because I asked for certain items cleaned.

I have had Maid to Please for several years. The cleaning quality has been problematic for some time. If I complain then work gets done, but I should not have to complain to get quality service! It would appear if the dust, webs, spots are not at eye level it doesn't get done. Terrible if there are water spots or soap scum in the sink. I'm ready to terminate this service.
Description of Work: Whole house cleaning. 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms and a finished basement. Wood floors on the lower level and carpet on the stairs, in the bedrooms, and in the basement.

Not very well. Had repeated problems each cleaning. Kitchen: counter tops not cleaned kitchen sink not cleaned product left numerous times on the counter did not go 'above and beyond' - example, coffee maker left out with a small amount of coffee; did not empty it did not clean wood floors, my husband purposefully did not clean up a spill to see if floors were being cleaned, they weren't Whole house: ceiling fans not dusted garbage not taken out pictures on wall left crooked streaks on window glass left cards indicating what room received special attention - we do not even have a utility room in our house I have stopped their service, because of the overall poor quality of workmanship.

Overall, it goes OK.
Description of Work: Different 'teams' provide different quality. Most of the house is cleaned well, but usually there are parts left unsatisfactory. One sevice team may do an excellent job in the kitchen and bedrooms, for example, but bathroom mirrors and countertops are left spotty and streaky, or floors need more cleaning. They mostly do a good job, but not excellent. However, management IS responsive to complaints and the deficiencies are re-cleaned. Also, I must commend them in being careful not to damage household objects (I've had problems with other cleaning services in the past in this matter). Overall, they are good enough (and better than other services I've tried in the past) and trying to get better so that I continue using them.

The owner of Maid to Please, Brenda, came promptly at my request; did a walk through with me and gave an estimate. I was pleased to know a contract was not required. I could stop or change my service at any time. The young ladies that come, Jessica and Melissa, do a wonderful job. If I ask them to improve in some area, they do immediately! They are always pleasant. They get right to work. They are very accommodating if I haven't been able to prepare like I should. After the holidays I am considering going to just once a month due to the cost.
Description of Work: Vacuuming, mopping, washing floors by hand, dusting, washing, polishing bathrooms. Bedrooms: dusted furniture, pictures, put dirty dished in dishwasher.
